Bluebell Eco Energy Ltd – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between Bluebell Eco Energy Ltd (“Bluebell Eco Energy,” “we,” or “us”) and the customer (“you” or “customer”). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which Bluebell Eco Energy provides its products and services. By using our products and services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below:

1. Services:
– Bluebell Eco Energy provides eco-friendly energy solutions, including but not limited to solar power systems, energy-efficient products, and related services.

2. Payment:
– You agree to pay the fees associated with the products and services as specified in the invoice provided by Bluebell Eco Energy.
– Payments are due according to the agreed-upon schedule. Late payments may result in additional charges.

3. Cancellation and Refund:
– Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Bluebell Eco Energy. Cancellation fees may apply.
– Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the refund policy outlined in the agreement.

4. Ownership and Maintenance:
– Bluebell Eco Energy retains ownership of all products until full payment is received.
– Maintenance services may be provided as part of the agreement, and any alterations or repairs must be performed by Bluebell Eco Energy or authorized personnel.

5. Warranty:
– Bluebell Eco Energy provides a warranty for its products and services, the terms of which are detailed in the warranty agreement provided separately.

6. Liability:
– Bluebell Eco Energy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services.

7. Termination:
– Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable time.

8. Confidentiality:
– Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information disclosed during the term of this agreement.

9. Force Majeure:
– Bluebell Eco Energy is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government regulations, natural disasters, or other emergencies.

10. Governing Law:
– This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bluebell Eco Energy is registered.

11. Amendments:
– Bluebell Eco Energy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of amendments will be provided to customers, and continued use of products and services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
